Great and incredible location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed.

wonderful and fairly clean hotel with nice design. thanks to the enthusiastic staff everything was good, including variety oflovely food. compact rooms and more than adequate and warm breakfast available. marvellous and stunning location to west cliff bournemouth seafront, excellent facilities. again, walking distance to treehouse family play theme park.

The hotel is in a fantastic location near shops, pubs, the town center, and the beach. the staff were very kind and nice.

The setting is unbeatable and beautiful, very close to the beach and city center. the breakfast is more than adequate and absolutely superb with scrambled eggs and salmon.

the twin room is a little on the small size the beds only fit in the room pushed together ok for couples but perhaps a little too close for friends

The staff is exceptionally polite, and the owner too. the standard room is brand-new and functional. - the breakfast is more than adequate. - the location is excellent, really close to the beach, shopping areas, city centre, and restaurants. The staff and owner are very friendly, the rooms are new and practical, breakfast is satisfying, and the location is convenient near the beach, shopping, city center.

We think it's a good choice for staying in Bournemouth.

The location is very central, just a short distance from the beach, pier, city center, restaurants. it is only a 15-minute walk from Bournemouth East Beach. the food at the dining room is delightful.

Came in Bournemouth to relax and have fun, this small hotel was superb base for doing it. Its location was marvellous and fab, short walk to a near restaurant, beach and the town centre. I liked fab food.

Gerry and Roo were so nice and friendly, also loved the chocolate left by our beds. Also loved the breakfast. Infact would have loved to have stayed longer but unfortunately we only had two days.

Friendly staff all around! the rooms here are pretty spacious and look like they've just been renovated. And let me tell you, the beds are super cozy 😊.

My sister was made to feel extremely uncomfortable & as it was a family break & being a very close family, it did rather spoil things

The food at the dining room was delicious, and the staff members were friendly and provided great service.
